It was a PDM – People’s Democratic Movement Administration that successfully negotiated for EC$200 million in Capital projects for Montserrat, after spending time fixing the in procurement and Governance left by MCAP and Reuben T Meade. #facts!

After Reuben and MCAP were booted out of office by the voters, the British did not trust Montserrat’s governance practices after Reuben allegedly looked out for his friends and supporters mainly.
Reuben T Meade, nor MCAP has NEVER achieved any funding to the levels that PDM managed to secure, after fixing the mess he left.

EC$200 million!! This was a PDM – People’s Democratic Movement led success. Vote PDM on October 24th to continue to build upon what was started. Our funding partners TRUST a PDM Government and PDM’s Leadership. At this time in our development we do not need people who once brought our governance and procurement procedures into question. Time to move on from Reuben and MCAP come October 24th.
